Positive Case Procedure
People who test positive for COVID-19 should follow CDC guidance for preventing spread of respiratory viruses when sick. People with a respiratory virus should stay away from others until at least 24 hours after both symptoms are improving overall and they have not had a fever without the use of fever-reducing medication.
Students or staff who test positive, we will follow our normal guidelines that include must be fever free without the use of fever-reducing medications (i.e: Tylenol/Ibuprofen/Motrin) and symptoms improving.
It is recommended you mask, use good hand hygiene, and practice social distancing when able, to prevent the spread.
The school nurses are unable to give school excuses for covid, one must send in a parent note or call their doctor.
