Students Sign 4T Offer Letter

Twelve Kanawha County Schools students are already thinking about life after high school — and they just made a big move toward it. These rising juniors signed on to join the Toyota 4T Academy at the Toyota Manufacturing Plant in Buffalo, WV!

Through the 4T Academy, students will learn hands-on skills in advanced manufacturing while still in high school. They'll get real-world experience, training in a high-demand field, and even earn a paycheck — all before graduation.

And this is just the beginning. After finishing high school, many of these students will have the chance to start full-time careers with Toyota.

Today’s signing event was a proud moment for the students, their families, and the entire KCS community. We’re excited to see what the future holds for them — and we know it’s going to be something special.
