Three Kanawha County Schools students signed apprenticeship agreements with our local Dow facility. They will start in June as Dow employees while getting on-the-job training and completing a two-year associate's degree at BridgeValley. These students were 3 out of 125 applicants that were selected for 5 spots in the process technology apprenticeship program in So. Charleston. Thank you to Don Light, US Apprenticeship Program Leader at Dow & Kathy D'Antoni, Associate State Superintendent at the WV Department of Education. Congratulations to these wonderful students and their families!
