South Charleston High School robotics program members are working hard to prepare for the upcoming state tournament. Teams continue to tweak their robots to improve performance with hopes of advancing to the world tournament later this year.
E-sports team members are participating in competitive game play against other schools around West Virginia. Additionally, participants are practicing critical thinking, communication, collaboration and creativity with their peers. E-sports works to create an inclusive environment for everyone involved. Next year, the e-sports participants will be introduced to a full curriculum that will include building a gaming computer from scratch.
