Parent Selection Process
1) Once available on the KCS website, parents should review the entire KCS re-entry plan (please review all tabs on the left of this screen).
2) The deadline for submitting your re-entry plan online has passed. Please contact your school to choose a re-entry plan or for questions regarding your plan.
Once the full plan is reviewed, K-12 parents can CLICK HERE for parent selection beginning on Tuesday, August 4th. (PreK parents should call the preschool office at 304-766-0397 or e-mail [email protected])
- K-12 parents with an existing account should log in to complete the Student Emergency Contact Information Form.
- 1st – Click “edit” by each student name to update their grade and contact information. Click update.
- 2nd – Click “View Forms” in bottom right and complete the top “Student Emergency Contact Information” form. This will include enrollment options.
- Parents without an existing account can click Sign Up at the bottom of the page and follow steps above.

3) The online Parent Selection Process will be open for one week, from Aug. 4 – Aug. 11, 2020. We ask that parents make every effort to complete the form during that time so that we can best plan for staffing.
