Community Education

The Kanawha County Schools Community Education Program currently sponsors 24 Child Care programs throughout the district. The early morning service, On Deck, is in 4 schools. The afterschool program, Third Base, is available at 20 elementary sites.

All KCSCEP employees are trained in CPR and first aid. They are fingerprinted, drug tested and have background checks completed before working in the program. Child safety is our number one priority. All of our programs are licensed through WV DHHR and meet or exceed their requirements.

Community education will also be offering a selection of adult evening classes.  See the KCSCEP website for details. Summer programs at 3 locations are also available

For specific information please visit the Kanawha County School Community Education Program website, or call the Raglin Community Education Center 304-766-0378.
