Payroll(Check) Mailing Delayed Due to Flooding - June 24th, 2016

If you are one of the individuals that was affected by the flooding and haven't received your check we have contacted the post office to see what procedures they have in place.  They have brought all of the Clendenin and Elkview mail to the main post office on Lee Street.  They are going to sort the mail and if at all possible they will deliver to these affected areas.  If you have not received any mail including your June 24, 2016 pay check and would like a replacement please contact the Payroll Department at 304-348-7750 ext. 308, 309, 310, 311, 312 or 313 by 1:00 pm today Monday June 27, 2016.  The Payroll Department will place a stop payment on the checks and your replacement checks will be ready by 2:00 pm on Tuesday June 28, 2016.  You will need to have a photo ID to pick up your check.  If you don't have a photo ID we will ask pertinent questions for your security.
